Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information

Delivery

We only deliver goods to the UK. All goods supplied will incur additional delivery costs, which will be subject to VAT
Additional costs may apply to shipping to remote areas, Islands and areas not well serviced by normal delivery means, however the customer will be contacted first.
Depending on you location, please allow approximately 5 (five) to 10 working days for delivery of your goods!
Very occasionally goods are delayed in transit beyond our control. When this happens, and we are notified, we will endeavour to track goods and supply information needed to the customer. Our priority is customer satisfaction.

Undeliverable Orders

Orders that have been correctly dispatched to the shipping address as supplied by the Customer, and which are subsequently returned to TBM (South West) Ltd as undeliverable, whether by courier or postal service, are subject to a maximum refund of the value of the products ordered only, (not including shipping costs). Furthermore, the customer is also liable to pay any applicable return postage costs, as well as make further payment for re-shipment should this be required. To avoid this situation, you are strongly advised to double check that the shipping address you provide for your order is accurate.

Cancellation

If you are a UK customer, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt. You may do this by taking or sending by post, or e-mail a written notice of cancellation to: TBM (South West) Ltd, Unit 4, Warmley Business Park, Tower Lane, Warmley, Bristol BS30 8XT . If you wish to exercise your right to cancel, you must also take good care of the products until you return them and ship the product to us. All items must be returned unused in their original packaging and in a sellable condition. All returns must be well packaged to protect items from damage in transit. Any damage that occurs in transit will be deemed to be the responsibility of the customer and any costs arising from this will be for the customers account. All returns should be sent using an insured postal service. We do not accept proof of postage as proof of delivery. Any order placed that has been correctly supplied by TBM (South West) Ltd and is subsequently not required can be returned to us unused, subject to a restocking fee of 20%. In this instance, the customer must pay cost of return carriage. Any order placed for standard stock items may be cancelled prior to dispatch without any penalty. Special Orders or non-stock items, specifically ordered for you and cannot be resold, cannot be cancelled.

Returns

No product may be returned for any reason without the prior approval of TBM (South West) Ltd. The Customer is responsible for returning products at their risk and expense. Prior to returning products the Customer must obtain a Returns Note from TBM (South West) Ltd. The Customer must ship the products in the original packaging, prepaid and insured, with details of the returns note supplied by TBM (South West) Ltd. When returning goods, please state your full name and address and details of the returns note and original delivery note. Any order returned to us without this information will be refused. You have until the expiry of seven working days, starting with the day after the products are delivered, to exercise this right. If you exercise your right to cancel, any money you have paid for your order will be refunded not including your expense of returning the products.

Faulty products

TBM (South West) Ltd does its best to ensure that your order is supplied correctly and with all items in good working order, if in the unlikely event that any goods are found to be faulty or supplied incorrectly, we will be happy to send you a replacement as soon as is possible. Please note though that we will require payment for any replacement items sent out prior to return/receipt of the original item to TBM (South West) Ltd. Shipping charges for replacement items will be covered by TBM (South West) Ltd, furthermore you will be refunded for your postal/shipping costs incurred in returning the faulty/incorrect items to TBM (South West) Ltd. Please note that once you have been issued with a returns note, goods to be returned should be dispatched promptly via insured delivery service to TBM (South West) Ltd at the address provided below. All goods to be returned MUST be returned within 14 days of issue of the returns note. Any goods not returned within a 14-day period following issue of your returns note may be subject to additional charges or in certain circumstances become non-refundable. All returns along with the necessary returns note: - TBM (South West) Ltd, Unit 4, Warmley Business Park, Tower Lane, Warmley, Bristol BS30 8XT. Any products returned to TBM (South West) Ltd shall become the property of TBM (South West) Ltd. If TBM (South West) Ltd determines that failure of the product(s) was not a result of a defect in materials or workmanship within the terms of the manufacturers warranty, TBM (South West) Ltd reserves the right to charge Customer for the parts. Seller will advise the Customer prior to assessing these charges.
